This multi-part virtual workshop looks at strategies to make your yard more resilient to climate change and other stressors. After completing the workshop, participants with Minnetonka properties will become eligible for technical assistance and cost-share grant funding. Advance registration is required at bluethumb.org/events.

Part 1: You’ll receive a video learning module about resilient landscapes and prompts to think about applying resiliency strategies on your property.

Part 2: Webinar - Thursday, April 7, 6:30-8 p.m. Join city staff, Metro Blooms and local experts for Q&A and small breakout sessions to discuss goals for your property.

Part 3: After completing parts 1 and 2, you’ll be eligible for additional technical assistance, including a site consultation and a rebate on plants purchased for your project.

Community Inclusiveness

Sign language interpretation or language translation can be arranged upon request, for in-person workshops, presentations and other events.
Workshop videos are posted on YouTube, which offers closed captioning in English and many other languages.
Online learning modules are designed to be digitally accessible for screen readers.
Outdoor programs, such as walkshops and volunteer events, may vary in wheelchair accessibility. Accessibility information will be included in each event listing so you can easily determine whether an event meets your needs.
