Election day is Tuesday, Nov. 4. Polls are open from 7 a.m.-8 p.m.

• Vote in-person at your polling place
• The deadline to return absentee ballots to City Hall is 5 p.m.
• If you’re in line at 8 p.m., you’re allowed to vote.

First choice vote totals will be reported on the Minnesota Secretary of State’s website at electionresults.sos.state.mn.us. City elections staff will begin the tabulation process on the following day.

When tabulation is finalized, the detailed round-by-round results will be posted on the city website. The city council will canvass these results at a meeting to be held the following week.
