Purpose: Minnetonka City Council meeting with the following business items: July 27, 2026 regular meeting minutes, 2026 City of Excellence Award, Recognition of Communications Division Awards, Strategic Plan quarter two report, Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Minnetonka and Law Enforcement Labor Services, Resolutions pertaining to levying the 2026 Special Assessments, Temporary Liquor License for the Minnetonka Rotary Club, Kinsel Neighborhood Reconstruction Project and Planning commission appointment.
