In accordance with the Minnesota Open Meeting Law, notice is hereby given that Mayor Rebecca Shack will participate in the council study session on Feb. 9, 2026 by interactive technology pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 13D.02. Any person wishing to monitor public portions of the meeting electronically from a remote location should contact the city at 952-939-8200 no later than 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 9, 2026.
