Council approves building plans for facilities at Minnetonka High School
City council approved a conditional use permit and final site and building plans for a new concession stand with bathroom facilities at Veterans Field on the Minnetonka High School campus at 18301 Hwy 7. The project will enhance amenities for spectators and athletes, supporting school and community events. 

Council approves 2025 Sanitary Sewer Lining Project
City council adopted a resolution approving the 2025 Sanitary Sewer Lining Project, which will rehabilitate approximately 8,400 feet of aging sewer infrastructure using trenchless, cured-in-place-pipe technology. The project aims to reduce Infiltration and Inflow, improving system reliability and reducing treatment costs. Funding for the $450,000 project will come from previously allocated Infiltration and Inflow Reduction Program funds in the Capital Improvement Program.

Council receives update on Tour de Tonka
Minnetonka Community Education presented city council with background and updates regarding the 2025 Tour de Tonka which takes place on Saturday, August 2.
