Approximately a third of Minnetonka voters cast ballots in the Nov. 4 general election, and a growing number did so via absentee ballot.
A total of 13,272 voters cast ballots in the 2025 municipal election. That represents 33.04 percent of Minnetonka’s eligible voters participating in the 2025 election, the second highest municipal election turnout since 1985. The highest turnout was in 2001 with 33.75 percent of voters casting a ballot.
The municipal election tallied 3,868 absentee ballots. That's up from 3,241 absentee in 2023.
