The City of Minnetonka is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to operate café services within The Marsh, 15000 Minnetonka Blvd.

We’re looking for an experienced café operator to deliver healthy and appealing menu offerings in alignment with the wellness-focused environment of The Marsh.

 The café space includes:

• Service counter area (265 square feet)
• Commercial kitchen/preparation space (2,500 square feet)
• Seating area (~100)
• Expansive kitchen storage and equipment, exterior loading dock
