The Capital Improvements Program (CIP) is the city’s five-year plan to provide and maintain public facilities and infrastructure for Minnetonka’s residents and businesses.

The program identifies ongoing needs for reconstruction and maintenance of streets, utilities, parks, equipment and public buildings, as well as the need for new construction of municipal facilities.

City staff works closely with the city council to evaluate projects and funding constraints so the council can establish priorities for each five-year period.
