Bradley Schaeppi was elected to the Minnetonka City Council in November 2019.
A licensed Minnesota attorney and real estate broker with an office in Ward 3 at 1000 Twelve Oaks Center Drive, Bradley passionately advises small business, including real estate investors, property management companies and real estate brokers. He is a double major graduate of University of Nebraska (economics and political science) and University of Oregon School of Law. At the University of Oregon, he completed the environmental and natural resources law program. Bradley is also a Minnesota State Bar Association Bar Certified Real Property Specialist.
Outside is where you will most likely see Bradley and his family: biking the Luce Line, Dakota Regional Trail, and Minnetonka area streets; walking or running the Gray’s Bay Loop, the Wood-Rill SNA or the Wayzata Loop; nordic skiing Baker; or alpine skiing anywhere in the world, but most often Buck Hill. He and his family also frequent the Williston Fitness Center.
Bradley has given back to numerous organizations, most notably serving for five years as the head alpine ski coach for Minnehaha Academy, and two years as an assistant alpine coach at the Blake School. In his former community of Edina, he helped lead the Bike Edina Task Force to expand its on-road bike network and business area bike parking.
Bradley and his wife, Lizzie, son (Asa), daughter (Linden) and English setter (Birdy), live on a lovely mature-tree cul de sac at 315 Townes Lane.
