Youth Soccer volunteer coach
Volunteer youth soccer coaches are a vital and valued part of our fall youth soccer program. The purpose of the position is to provide instruction to children, with an emphasis on teamwork, sportsmanship and fair play. Volunteer coaches must be dependable, mature, patient and fair. Experience is not necessary.
We will provide resources for coaches to help with planning training sessions, in-game management, best practices and FAQs.
Volunteer coaches receive a credit of $20 on their Recreation Services account (to be used toward any future program), credited at the end of the season - one per coach. Background screening is required each year for all coaches.
