Event spaces capacities at The Marsh range from seating for 12 to 100, with tables and chairs.

Minnetonka residents may reserve event space up to 18 months in advance; nonresidents up to 12 months in advance.

Dragon Room

Accommodates up to:
- 80 people theater style (chairs only)
- 18 people boardroom style (one large table with chairs around)
- 60 people banquet style (multiple tables with chairs around)

Member Lounge

Great for book club meetings or small discussion groups

*All nonprofit groups must submit documentation of nonprofit status (i.e. 501c3 form).

Rate includes the space, table, chairs and audiovisual equipment. We do not provide linens.
The Marsh charges an additional after-hours fee of $75/hour for events that occur outside of our business hours.
The Marsh charges a dining room change fee of $250 if banquet tables are requested

Catering Policy

The Marsh has open catering so any licensed or non-licensed caterers are allowed, please see below.

Licensed caterer: A current copy of the catering license is required to be on file at the Marsh

If providing your own food or using a non-licensed caterer: A certificate of liability insurance, in the amount of $300,000-plus, must be provided at least two weeks before the scheduled event. The City of Minnetonka must be listed as a Certificate Holder. This coverage may be included in your homeowner's insurance policy under the general liability section.

Alcohol Policy

Licensed alcohol caterer: Beer, malt beverages, wine and champagne are allowed. A current copy of the catering license is required to be on file at the Marsh.

If providing your own food or using a non-licensed caterer: Beer, malt beverages, wine and champagne are allowed with an additional $275 fee ($300 for 2026 events). Security will be provided by the Minnetonka Police Department.

Gratuities and cash bar are not allowed.
