Reservations are accepted online and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Minnetonka residents and Minnetonka-based businesses may reserve meeting rooms up to 12 months in advance; nonresidents up to six months in advance.

• Minnetonka-based nonprofit* groups and organizations: $15/hour
• Non-Minnetonka-based nonprofit* groups and organizations: $20/hour
• Resident: $25/hour
• Nonresident: $30/hour

*All nonprofit groups must submit documentation of nonprofit status (i.e. 501c3 form).

Rate includes the space, table, chairs and audiovisual equipment. We do not provide linens.

North Conference Room

• Accommodates up to eight people boardroom style only (one large table with chairs around)
• Available:
  • Monday – Friday, 6 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  • Saturday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Fireside Room

• Accommodates up to 10 people boardroom style only (one large table with chairs around)
• Available:
  • Monday – Friday, 2 – 8 p.m.
  • Saturday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
• First-come, first served during café hours with purchase of food or beverage item
