Focus: Working with 55+ adults of all abilities and experience. My focus is functional movement and exercise with an emphasis on strength, balance and flexibility. I also enjoy helping people rehab pre- and post-surgery through water and dryland exercise. I was a competitive runner, triathlete and biker in my youth and still enjoy sharing basic training for these activities.
Interests: Being active outside, Nordic skiing, biking, swimming and hiking with friends are part of my everyday activities. I also enjoy playing the piano (especially The Marsh grand piano). I enjoy travel and family time. I’m looking forward to becoming a new grandparent in February.
