The City of Minnetonka is proposing to reconstruct numerous streets in the Groveland-Bay neighborhood in 2021. This map highlights the streets proposed for improvement. 

Construction is proposed to take place in 2021 and will include new pavement and concrete curb and gutter. Sanitary sewer, water main and storm sewer improvements are also proposed.

Project Update July 13, 2023

Due to roadway patching, Groveland School Road will be closed at 9 a.m. Thursday, July 13 through 10 a.m. Saturday, July 15. Access to Groveland Elementary will be maintained via Minnetonka Boulevard.

Project updates May 18, 2022

Work on Bay Street, Beechwood Avenue, Grays Bay Boulevard and McKenzie Point will continue this week and next

Construction activities include

  • Topsoil and seeding
  • Concrete work
  • Driveway work
  • Final paving is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, May 26.
