Contractors may examine or obtain an optional paper set of Proposal Forms, Plans, and Specifications from City of Minnetonka. Copies of the plans and project manuals may also be examined at the office of the City Engineer, 14600 Minnetonka Boulevard, Minnetonka, MN.

All bids must be made online at the QuestCDN bidding site. For this project, the Owner will only be accepting online electronic bids through QuestCDN. To access the electronic bid form, download the project document and click the online bidding button at the top of the advertisement. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. 

Each proposal must have with it a certified check or bid bond payable to the city of Minnetonka in the amount of five [5] percent of the bid as a guarantee the bidder will enter into a contract with the city of Minnetonka in accordance with the terms of the bid, in case the bidder is awarded the contract.
