1809 PLY INC, on behalf of Wells Fargo, is proposing to redevelop the existing property at 1809 Plymouth Road. As proposed, the existing three-story building would be removed and two commercial buildings would be constructed. The southerly building would include bank and retail spaces, while the northerly building could be occupied by restaurant and retail spaces. The proposal requires: (1) a master development plan; (2) final site and building plans; and (3) conditional use permits for the drive-up bank facility, restaurants and outdoor seating areas.
