Hennepin County residents may dispose of household hazardous waste, recycling, electronics and appliances at either of Hennepin County’s drop-off facilities.

The drop-off sites are for residents only. Materials from businesses – including home businesses and non-profit organizations – are not accepted.

Household Hazardous Waste Event

Hennepin County will host a household hazardous waste disposal event on May 1-2 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Minnetonka Public Works. Residents will be asked to enter on the eastern driveway at Minnetonka Public Works. Signs will direct traffic. Electronic devices will not be accepted.
