If you received a city court citation and believe you did not violate an ordinance or wish to provide an explanation, complete the form below to request an administrative hearing. Once the form is complete, the city will reach out to schedule your hearing.

An independent officer will oversee the hearing. This officer will be a lawyer who does not live in Minnetonka, work for the city or otherwise have any connection to the city.
